Maintenance and Training

Let's keep it, and you, happy!

Sometimes there is nothing wrong with the computer, it just doesn't understand you.  Or you, it.

If you have questions about misbehaving devices, or want to learn more about the things you already own, we can get together and work through these issues on-on-one.

See below for examples os some of the unique services available.

Maintenance and Training: Services

My Mother's Computer Salon

Examining New Tablet

My mom keeps asking. . .

  • Tell me again how I find the files I can't find?

  • Why does my computer hate me?

  • Where is my music?

  • What is this password?

  • How do I organize my photos?

  • What is the Cloud?

  • Can you sit with me while I do this?  I'll feel safer...

She knows she's not the only one with these questions.  You might have them, too; or others.  Wouldn’t it be more fun (and make you feel less silly) to ask and answer them together? Let's give it a try!

At 2:00 each Thursday you're invited to come use your computers or tablets in the company of others who may or may not have the same questions.  You can ask your own questions, or work on a project and just listen.

$10 user fee (you can ask extra questions if you also bring me a latte).  We'll stay as long as people have questions.

Monthly Maintenance

Sometimes a visit from the geek isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about keeping it from breaking in the first place.
